From the moment I arrived, she created such a calm, safe, and welcoming space that instantly put me at ease. Her approach is gentle yet incredibly powerful.  I left feeling relaxed, lighter, and more connected to myself.

Zoe has a beautiful way of holding space and tuning in to exactly what your body needs. It was a truly healing experience, and I can’t recommend her enough.
