Our new float tanks are different to older style float tanks and in line with advances in this type of therapy. Our new float tanks don’t have lids and are more like small rectangular indoor shallow plunge pools. Being only 30cm deep and filled with dense muscle-soothing magnesium saltwater, you’ll feel weightless and float with a feeling of zero gravity on your back facing up -- similar to the Dead Sea.
By reducing your body’s sensory input, floating works by increasing blood flow and releasing endorphins to bring on a relaxed state and a sense of calm. After your session, which ends with delicate ceiling star lights and gentle music, you’ll feel restored, body and mind.
